Highly unprofessional. The only thing good about is the toyota vehicle. The people who work here are highly unprofessional. They have no value of customer's time and money. I went for used vehicle.vehicle was unclean (even had food,yogurt,hanger inside) and stains. team was not ready to clean the vehicle until I buy. Lot of time wasted..even when they knew that I was coming from 2hrs drive.at 9-9.15pm I got informed that vehicle is cleaned. And the vehicle still had yogurt in it. I got response as "its used vehicle, not brand new, sir". I had no option since I already wasted whole day time for everyone ( 2 kids, wife and a friend) waiting at dealers shop. I will have to spend another $300-$500 on cleaning before I get the feeling of having my own car. Just a suggestion.. not everyone buy the car at very first sight especially when the used car had lot of stain n yogurt inside. More

Koren and test driving the RAV4, I decided to make the purchase. Koren was extremely helpful. She was very informative about the vehicle, showed me what was in stock, and answered all of my questions. I received a fair price for my trade in, and Pete, the finance person finished the process.
