Oil Change & 70k mile check-up I needed a oil change and a 70,000 mile check-up. I also require a broken tail light assy replaced. I called Thursday for Service appointment and order the tail light assy. The parts department didn't have the part but said they would have it by Monday. My appointment was 4 Wed so it worked out perfect for repair & maintenance for my 2008 Highlander. Phone customer service and service maintenance personal were very professional and courteous. I left a Toyota Service in Troy years ago due to poor Customer Service. Fox Toyota is going thru major building renovations, but it did not effect their service. More
