One time she was gossiping with person at front desk after waiting 30 minutes she told I couldn't get the service today because it's too late. Other day I had to come back without even getting service although I was having problem with my car and maintenance sign was on, she refused to have the car checked. More

The recall work was done early than expected, I also had a light on the dashboard indicating low tire pressure. As far as I knew, all the tires were fine....”What about the spare tire?” The service representative asked. THAT was the issue! I also needed 3 keys I had purchased on EBay, cut for my car. They took care of the keys, NO CHARGE! I drove away, with the recall work done early, light on my dashboard figured out, then fixed; and my new keys made...and I didn’t have to pay for anything!! Incredible!!! More
