Initial response when I first arrived said that service was about forty minutes behind even though I had set up a time before hand. I consistently use Honda for all of my oil changes. They are fast, friendly and efficient. I trust that they know my vehicle well. The price for oil/filter change is not competitive with Rivertown Honda even with the $5 online coupon it's @ $12 more. I usually go to Rivertown for the oil/filter change but this tome Fox Honda was on my way home from Grand Rapids. I didn't rate quality of work as I haven't examined the garage floor for leaks yet. I also noticed the brakes weren't checked during this visit & have to wonder why because it is an item depicted on the multi-point inspection report. I also note the insp. report states tire inflation was set to 34psi but the correct psi is 32 per decal on driver door. This vehicle with these tires tend to wear at center tread & with the increase in psi will be more so. I will readjust myself as I monitor tire psi often. More
