There was no line for oil change. I was in/out in a timely manner. Ken showed me my air filters so they were both replaced. I chose Rolls-Royce for the brand serviced, which is NOT true, because the car serviced was a SAAB which is NOT listed on your drop down menu. Since I can't submit this response without selecting a car type, I chose the one least likely to be serviced at Fox SAAB. I did have excellent service from Dewey. The appointment started on time and was completed on time. My only complaint is that when I paid with cash, I had to wait for Dewey to go to another building to complete the transaction, get change and return. More
My experience with the service department at Fox Honda has been to say the least, the best I have ever had. Ashley has shown me that good people still exist and she has done more than expected to constant has been to say the least, the best I have ever had. I scheduled an appointment for my 2012 Honda Fit recall (Service Bulletin #13-040). I scheduled the service with Fox Honda because that is where I purchased the car and the other dealership in my area, Riv (Service Bulletin #13-040). I scheduled the service with Fox Honda because that is where I purchased the car and the other dealership in my area, Rivertown Honda, does not have a sterling reputation. Pat was friendly, answered my questions, and understood without question why I wanted the service added to my service manual (despite the fact that I was previously told that most garages won't touch them). I like having detailed records for potential resell value. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The free coffee was not bottom shelf dirt. There were also free cookies, tea, hot chocolate, and cold bottled water available. The hour+ wait was longer than I had hoped, but tolerable and not unexpected. Free shuttle service was available throughout my wait, but I declined. This service was an NHTSA recall, so there was no charge. The work consisted of a service tech plugging the car into the computer, hitting a few buttons, and waiting a few minutes before unplugging the car and handing the keys back, so I am not too concerned about anything being accidentally or purposefully broken. If time indicates that they somehow messed up my car then I'll be very concerned about their competency/honesty, but so far everything appears to be in good working order. More

Everything was great. I dropped my car off at 7:45 and the next shuttle to take me to work was not until 8:30.
