I purchased a rather new car at the end of last year from Fox Ford. And having to bring it in for an oil change and recall maintenance has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They claimed to no Fox Ford. And having to bring it in for an oil change and recall maintenance has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They claimed to not have a loaner for me to use while my car was in service. So they directed me to a rental agency which is fine except for having to explain multiple times to the same people how I was not going to have to pay for the rental because Fox Ford didn’t have a loaner available. And then the confusion of the whole process has been ridiculous. I’ve had to call the rental agency and Fox Ford multiple time to ensure that I don’t get charged for the rental. I feel with the amount of money I paid for this vehicle and it being a recall maintenance issue the dealership should have taken care of the whole mess. Not to mention whenever I walked in the building I got just a terrible vibe from everyone working there. Almost like they thought “we already got your money for the car so I could care less about how we service you”. Pretty bad for such a big corporation. More

After that, best of luck. The responses from our service person, Eric were horrible. He gives vague answers at best. If you are given an expected time frame double (if not triple) the time to get your issue worked out. I had taken the Lincoln in the following Tuesday after Thanksgiving 2018. I did not get my car until after the New Year, with some of our issues unresolved. Early March 2019, we call to tell them a part fell off our car. Responses were vague and inconclusive for three weeks. Which we were told by Eric to “just swing in and drop off the part and we’ll get it ordered”. We dropped off the part. Three weeks later, we have yet to hear from Fox. We inquire with Eric again. He states that he will “re-order” it and that it should be in the next day or two. Again, no call to tell us it had arrived. Again, we inquire and service department tells us to stop in anytime and they will pop the new part right on. We stop in and are presented with a bill for the part. We were never told we would be charged. Fox’s pre-certified claim, along with each and every extended warranty should be addressing these issues. More

As mentioned above this is our 9th transaction with Fox...John Seeley, Dan O’Connor, Tom Jordon Sean Knapp and the rest of the gang over at Fox do a great job getting the deal done. John has about a hundred hours into the last deal and he is still a hound dog getting it done. The closing folks are great and don’t pressure you into buying all that Gap insurance and warranty stuff. thanks guys, see you on number 10!!! More

Well not long after his searches begun he found me my dream truck and I loved it. I would highly recommend working with Fox grand traverse Ford. John Seely and Dan O’conner. Service work and customer service is horiable Bought a used 2015 F-150 and had door issue before we left the lot. They said they took care of it and the door would not latch. Got it home, and again the door would not latch closed. Took it back again and again the said it was addressed and after 1 day, again the door would not latched closed. this time my wife almost fell out of the truck. Called the salesmen and told them we were taking it to a local Ford dealer in Cheboygan and wanted them to call me in the morning - they never did. The dealer in Cheboygan informed us the other dealer never completed the safety recall on the door and installed the cable on the door incorrectly. The dealing in Cheboygan - Fernelius Ford did a great job and took care of the issue. Would not ever go back to Fox Ford. More
