I did not know if I wanted to buy or lease, but the sales team explained to me the different options in a way that I finally understood why a lease might be best for me (I like to have a new car every 2-3 years.) Seven months later I was ready for my first oil change/tire rotation, and my experience in service was as smooth and easy as my experience in sales . . . no waiting around, met immediately, car taken in, notified when ready, etc!
