Our salesman, Bob Schonebeck took the time needed to help find us what we needed. He took the time to understand what we wanted, he listened to us. After we picked up the vehicle, he again spent plenty of time to explain the new technology, especially things that were not all that obvious. While i am confident that there are other sales at this location that are good as well (the dealership is very professional overall), i am VERY confident Bob will take good care of you. My only warning.....be aware that you may be tempted by the smell of fresh baked cookies coming from the Cafe in the adternoon. She took the time to explain everything to me, walked me through every aspect to make sure that I was comfortable with the lease. She explained all of the features on the SUV and assisted me greatly in making sure my Terrain was all set up. She set up my GM Rewards and download the app, linked my iPhone to the car, set my driver seat, connected me to OnStar and even setting my favorite radio stations. My car was all set for me to just drive away and enjoy. As a women shopper, Andrea made this experience very pleasant and I would highly recommend her if you are in the market for a new car or lease.
