We have had a relationship with Buick GMC for over 16 years. My experience with my salesman was very good. Jim was thoughtful and added a hitch insert and roof rack that were not standard on the new En years. My experience with my salesman was very good. My previous dealing with Jim was 3 years ago when we leased an Enclave and the paperwork was flawless. We were in and out in an hour as Jim was able to have all paperwork there at closing. Fox Buick has additional people involved to initiate the same result but it took more than twice as long to complete the process. It should not take 2 and a half hours of paperwork and seeing different people just to return the lease and pick up the new car. More

On a whim, I called Fox Buick and immediately felt like my budget and concerns were heard. So much so, that we left the same day with a car. Jim was absolutely incredible from start to finish.
