My previous dealing with Jim was 3 years ago when we leased an Enclave and the paperwork was flawless. We were in and out in an hour as Jim was able to have all paperwork there at closing. Fox Buick has additional people involved to initiate the same result but it took more than twice as long to complete the process. It should not take 2 and a half hours of paperwork and seeing different people just to return the lease and pick up the new car. More
