Just to follow up my yesterday's appointment to let you know that the recall service that I was scheduled to do WAS NOT done and the alignment service that was also scheduled to do made my car even worst t know that the recall service that I was scheduled to do WAS NOT done and the alignment service that was also scheduled to do made my car even worst than it was before. I waited there for seven hours and nothing was done in my car or was poorly done. I have been a loyal customer since 2018 and the last two times I was there the service has decreased in quality. My situation yesterday was a tremendous disrespect with a customer. The employee who assisted me yesterday was really rude and impolite. I will looking for another dealership to take my business from now on. The employee, I believe his name was Jacob, lied to my face at the end trying to convince me that the recall was a two day job. It was NEVER brought to my attention before, it is not in the appointment email or on the text message I received confirming the appointment. In the email, it even says that the "the client will wait while the service is performed", unless someone expected me to sleep in the dealership, it was never a two day job. So I lost trust and confidence on Fowler VW Norman and I will not go back there and I will make sure that none of my friends make the same mistake that I did. More
We bought our atlas at this location. We started smelling coolant, took the vehicle in, they stated they can’t smell or find the problem, take it back in, they smell the coolant, tell me that’s normal, loose coolant, took the vehicle in, they stated they can’t smell or find the problem, take it back in, they smell the coolant, tell me that’s normal, loose coolant so fast we have to keep topping it off, take it back in, they find a bad head gasket after I show them where I see the issue, they replace the head gasket, coolant issue continues, take it back, same run around. Took it to a new dealership and they found the head gasket was again blown, they fix it, run test and there’s still an issue, now we have a new motor. Fowler was the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They kept blaming it on new techs, new service advisors, and new management. Horrible experience. More

He has followed up with me multiple times since the purchase to make himself available with any questions and to check in with us. Up until recently a very nice dealership I have three vw's from this dealership in my driveway. Received recalls on all three. When I tried to get these done I was given the run around. Got one done and they said to bring one of the other ones in. When my daughter did they said they couldn't do it for another week or so. Suggested she go to a dealership in another town. So very disappointed. Used to be a great place. More
Non pushy salesman are heaven sent I purchased a brand new Passat from Fowler VW and the thing I enjoyed most is I got to go at my own pace without feeling rushed!
