Service Department Service department was very nice and accommodating when I took my Touareg in for some undercarriage noise. They generously offered me a loaner while my car was going to be inspected and repaired. They provided me with a nice detailed report noting the issue for what I brought the car in for and some additional "recommended" repairs. Nice part about it when I went over the report with my service contact, I wasn't pressured to do the recommended repairs, just advised on what they were and how they could further affect my vehicle if ignored too long. More
