I’ve been using Fowler Ford for approximately 5 years and have had no complaints. I recently took my vehicle in for Sync update and the screen went black but after talking with Jon in the service department, have had no complaints. I called the dealership and SkiAnn was professional, pleasant and very helpful. She got me in immediately and for an oil change. While I was there, she also replaced the battery in my key remote. After following up several times with both Chris Cantrell and Ronnie Lucas I finally got an email back from Chris simply saying the Ranger that I had ordered "was no longer available". This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous! They sold my custom-ordered Ranger to someone else right from under me! More
