James goes above and beyond to do what’s right for the customer. A mechanic side, not so much. Recently had my car in and a part was zip tied instead of properly attached after they stripped a screw. an customer. A mechanic side, not so much. Nissan wanted to charge me $1200. Repairs were really not needed at this time per my second opinion don’t cut corners on your employees good service will keep customers coming back along with honest service. More
