I scheduled a 20,000 mile service for my 2024 Frontier at 7:00am on July 31, 2026. Originally, my truck was purchased at 4 Star with free oil changes and tire rotation for 2 years. I was over 2 years by a 7:00am on July 31, 2026. Originally, my truck was purchased at 4 Star with free oil changes and tire rotation for 2 years. I was over 2 years by a few months but scheduled it knowing I was liable for the costs. They completed the service in just 58 minutes and when I went to pick my truck up and pay for the service, my service consultant (James Seher) informed me that the service was free. I asked him why and he told me that 4 Stars Nissan figures on 4 free services for 2 years and I only had 3 because I do not drive that much. I purchased the truck on May 34, 2024 and it was July 31, 2026, basically just 2 months but I did not expect this at all. Anyway, the service was provided quickly and done with care to customers who expected to pay for it. This is an Honorable Dealership, and I would recommend them to anyone. I can say the experience from my initial visit to purchase with Jackson Morin, service with James Seher has been nothing but a pleasure with No Drama! More
