I had a coupon that made going to the dealer for an oil change reasonable. Making the service appointment online was easy and the experience of bringing in my car was efficient. It's too bad their prices to do things like fluid changes and other items are so high compared to smaller service shops or I'd come back more often (keep those coupons coming). More
