Misleading information from salesperson. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent car-buying experience at Four Star Nissan of Denton. The salesperson, Sam, provided me with incorrect i I'm extremely disappointed with my recent car-buying experience at Four Star Nissan of Denton. The salesperson, Sam, provided me with incorrect information about the vehicle I purchased. During the sales process, Sam assured me that the car had certain features, such as the White Aspen SL trim with bench seating and ProPilot Assist 2.1. However, after taking delivery of the vehicle, I discovered that it did not have these features. Furthermore, I messaged Sam to obtain the VIN number of the car I purchased so I could insure the vehicle. He provided me with the VIN number "JN8AY3BE0S9402837," but when I arrived at the dealership to collect my vehicle, the VIN number was different from the one he gave me. When I confronted Sam about the discrepancy, he seemed unconcerned and unapologetic. It became clear that he was more interested in making a sale than in providing accurate information. I'm extremely frustrated with this experience and would caution others to carefully verify any information provided by Sam or Four Star Nissan of Denton. As a customer, I expect honesty and transparency, and it's disappointing that this dealership failed to meet these basic expectations. I hope the management of Four Star Nissan of Denton takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to ensure that their sales team provides accurate information to customers. More
