Very fast and thorough. Nice service center very clean, had an oil change and tires rotated. Very nice Service writers made sure everything that needed replacement to inform Nice service center very clean, had an oil change and tires rotated. Very nice Service writers made sure everything that needed replacement to inform me of. Only negative is, mechanic needs to make sure hands are free of oil and grease before entering the vehicle. Hand grease and oil on the hood and fenders and oil spots on the interior door panel. Not very pleased. More

It didn't take long for my vehicle to be completed and I was notified during the process if the work was delayed for any reason. I've never been disappointed with customer service at Patterson dealerships and that's the reason I keep going back. More
