Truck presented for repair estimate Dropped my pick up off for diagnostics. No contact for 4 days from dealership. When they did contact me got charged 2 seperate diagnostic fees. Estima Dropped my pick up off for diagnostics. No contact for 4 days from dealership. When they did contact me got charged 2 seperate diagnostic fees. Estimate for repair was outrageous. Took vehicle for repair at another location and the diagnosis they made was not correct and got my truck repaired for about half what they quoted me. Made effort to reach out to service manager and left a message but never heard back from him. Poor customer service. More
