I am in a high risk category for Covid. When I called to make my appointment I asked about safety procedures. I was assured that all their service people wear masks. When I walked in the service office to c make my appointment I asked about safety procedures. I was assured that all their service people wear masks. When I walked in the service office to check in, not a single person had a mask on. I had to ask if they had masks and would they wear them. The office is a very cramped space. They complied but I could tell they were not happy about it. I will not be back. More

She gave us a step by step of what was going to happen, gave a reasonable time frame and completed before time. Sho friendly, professional, helpful!!
