Another gentleman came to assist me with the sales tax, which I appreciated, but then he told me there will be a charge for using the credit card, which I was not made aware of this until time to pay. I should've been made aware of that prior to picking my vehicle. I don't agree passing this extra cost on to customers, not good business! Then I was encouraged to grab a hotdog on my way out, as I was leaving, when I went to approach the table, all the employees jumped in a golf cart drove off leaving the table unattended, they saw me walking up to the table, this was very rude and not very appreciative to customers. I immediately turned around and drove off. Your employees need to have a crash course on customer service and how to value and appreciate customers. I will be doing my business elsewhere from now on.
