Service department is desperately in need of an overhaul and it’s long overdue. Not only were we told it was our fault but they made it seem like there was nothing they could do as well. I won’t be recommen and it’s long overdue. Not only were we told it was our fault but they made it seem like there was nothing they could do as well. Nice people a little wishy washy, had too wait 3 weeks for my second key fob, and it’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received my title to be able pay my sales tax on my new truck. Finance lady is not for my second key fob, and it’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received my title to be able pay my sales tax on my new truck. Finance lady is not the nicest.
