Called service dept around first part of August 2024 to schedule a recall service. The lady seemed in a rush and said they would call when parts arrived. She took information and said as soon as she hangs up she will go find out what's going on and call me back shortly. That was about 4 days ago. I finally called Saturday and talked to a guy that took messages and explained to him to make sure they cancel out my service, which in all likelihood wasn't even scheduled to begin with. Their communication and knowledge on dealing with customers needs to be worked on. I'd recommend going elsewhere as far as service goes. More
