Dream Came True We were in town for a wedding and saw a car that we were looking for on Patterson's website. I called to see if the car was actually in stock and it was so we made a stop at the dealership. We were welcomed and treated friendly from the moment we walked in the door. The car we wanted to look at was in the show room. We were greeted by the sales manager Brad Rodgers and talked briefly about the the car. Brad introduced us to Jaron Curry a new car sales professional. Jaron was very personable and worked with us in the process to buy the car we had been searching for, a 2016 Dodge Challenger Plum Crazy Purple with the Scat Pack option. The deal was simple and painless. I had done my homework before I got there and knew what my trade should be worth. They were very close to what I expected. The deal took a couple of hours to do and we made it to the wedding on time in our new car. I wanted something bigger than my little Elantra I had. The staff (Steven and his manager, Jeff) went out of their way to get me exactly what I needed. They listened to me and made sure I had the features that I wanted. I personally wanted blind spot monitoring and back up camera for safety plus third row seating. My children think the panoramic sun roof is the most amazing thing- especially at night when they can see all the stars. What's really impressive though, is anytime I've had a question or needed help, I've been able to go by and they always make time to help me. I got a new phone recently that I was having trouble figuring out how to connect to Bluetooth. Jeff told me to come by and they'd get it done for me. Steven took care of it and showed me how. I highly recommend Patterson KIA and will be back next time I purchase a vehicle!!! More
