I take pride in learning what I drive and what I can do to fix it to save a buck or two, or simple have a mission to complete. There are times that a special team of folks come together to assist everyday Joe's in what seems to be then end of the world. That brings me to my case in point. I had the pleasure of being helped by the service manager, Mr. Cameron. He listened attentively is i shared my hardship of my car shutting off on me. He then walked me over to his service rep, Ms. Keri. She picked up where Mr. Cameron lefted off. She assured me a quick turn around of the issue and told me she would be in contact. I left thinking my problem wasn't going to solved. Later that day prior to the close of business I got a call from Ms. Keri giving me an update and she would be speaking to the service tech., Mr. Wesley, but due to the hustle and busy day she will give me solid report the next day. I was pleased. She called me the next day, told me the issue and asked if I could come in and speak to her service tech. and make my plan going forward. I was greater by her and Mr. Cameron once again, they both sprang into action to care for my need. Mr. Wesley explain clearly my issue and everyone was on the same page. I was in and out due to i felt I could fix the issue. What I'm saying is this team starting with Mr. Cameron knows how to talk to people and handle Dodge products and services. With the skills to move all the pieces like three games of chess at on time,I witness Mr. Cameron in constant communication with his employees. Ms. Keri was lovely in her approach and sharing of information. Mr. Wesley is a man of his technical expertise which compliments everyone's role because the product is supremely handled by hI'm to fix. Indeed, I'm a pleased customer and these individuals are assets to Dodge for years to come in my professional and personal opinion. Excellent customer service I have had such a great experience with the service department. I have had more than one reason to go to the dealership for assistance. Now since Ca I have had such a great experience with the service department. I have had more than one reason to go to the dealership for assistance. Now since Cameron took over several months ago, has had some kinks to work out through the department. He has been still more than helpful at a very professional level to both my husband and I. I'm just saying there are mishaps in all departments every where you go, but, not many are held on such high professional level as this service manager. He aims to make all costumers %100 happy..... Dream Came True We were in town for a wedding and saw a car that we were looking for on Patterson's website. I called to see if the car was actually in stock and it was so we made a stop at the dealership. We were welcomed and treated friendly from the moment we walked in the door. The car we wanted to look at was in the show room. We were greeted by the sales manager Brad Rodgers and talked briefly about the the car. Brad introduced us to Jaron Curry a new car sales professional. Jaron was very personable and worked with us in the process to buy the car we had been searching for, a 2016 Dodge Challenger Plum Crazy Purple with the Scat Pack option. The deal was simple and painless. I had done my homework before I got there and knew what my trade should be worth. They were very close to what I expected. The deal took a couple of hours to do and we made it to the wedding on time in our new car. Our salesman, Brad Deeb was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. He walked around the entire lot with my husband and I until we found the vehicle we wanted. We tried several vehicles and he was very patient. He didn't try to sell us a car he waited until we found what we wanted. We went back to him when my husband wanted to buy a truck. We have sent others to him as well and they have been extremely happy with his customer service and that of the rest of the staff. Thanks Brad for making my experience at Patterson so remarkable. Excellent Service, Excellent Product I had recently been hit in an accident and was shopping for a new car that made me feel safer. I purchased a KIA Sorento and absolutely love it!!! I wanted something bigger than my little Elantra I had. The staff (Steven and his manager, Jeff) went out of their way to get me exactly what I needed. They listened to me and made sure I had the features that I wanted. I personally wanted blind spot monitoring and back up camera for safety plus third row seating. My children think the panoramic sun roof is the most amazing thing- especially at night when they can see all the stars. What's really impressive though, is anytime I've had a question or needed help, I've been able to go by and they always make time to help me. I got a new phone recently that I was having trouble figuring out how to connect to Bluetooth. Jeff told me to come by and they'd get it done for me. Steven took care of it and showed me how. I highly recommend Patterson KIA and will be back next time I purchase a vehicle!!! More
