Not An Especially Great Deal Offered far below average for my trade-in. Spent hours haggling over price. When I told them the maximum I would give, they countered with a higher number. I walked out & sales guy followed me saying I needed to meet him half way as HE was losing money. I reminded him that HE was not losing anything. He then agreed to my offer and the sale was made. I was then sent to another gentleman to sign all the paperwork. Told me I could finance for 3.9%. I reminded him that the website listed the car with 2.49% available. He acted surprised and said he could probably get me 2.9%. Really! You didn't offer me the best rate you could to begin with?!. It was at this point I told him I would just pay cash for the car. I am pleased with the vehicle but the sales experience was less than stellar. More

Great dealership, great people. I went in to purchase a vehicle I had looked at online, and was up front with my budget, as well as the car I was interested in. Dylan was fantastic, he let me look over the car I wanted, and didn't pressure me into anything. I had a friend come over and look at the car as well, and he talked to both of us equally, which is important, as a woman looking at a car by herself, I know some places would try and take advantage. Dylan also let me borrow a phone charger while I was on the phone with my insurance so I could get everything sorted out. I love my car, and the treatment I got. More
