Michael Mason did a great job of dealing with me and caused me to come to Patterson Dodge rather than other dealers I had been in contact with. Michael has been truthful since I first called and I like that. I don't buy vehicles very often and when and if I need another pickup, I will surely come back to Patterson. It is really too soon to give a real and fair review of the pickup, but so far I love the way it drives. I am still trying to learn all the new features that it has. When I came over to look at the pickups on the lot, Michael took me around to show me all the pickups I wanted to see. I was given what I think was a very good trade for my 2007 Toyota Tacoma and I am happy with that as well. Cliff in finance was easy to talk to and made the purchase complete. Ken More

I was hesitant not buying locally, but to my pleasant surprise, these guys were great and Michael Mason was very easy to work with and answered all our questions. He had all the paperwork prepared and then we spent a few minutes with Marvin White where we added a couple of protection packages which was super easy (and discounted) especially with the ease of signing all the documents electronically in his office. Marvin also answered all our questions and helped to make the contract execution portion of the purchase smooth and efficient. Also, Brad Rodgers came out to shake our hands and thanked us for making the drive and for our business. All great people who made the purchase experience EXCELLENT! More

Terrible terrible terrible I was pressured and rushed into getting the warranty on the vehicle I purchased from them. Even after I gave them a set rate on what I was looking for. Instead of working with me they completely lied about what all the warranty covered. After reading the fine print I learned I was I cheated into getting the stupid warranty. I’m so upset and I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was also a huge hassle on getting my deposit I had made to hold the car I drove three hours to get. There was rip on the car seat as well and I was promised they would find a shop in my city to go get fixed. I shouldn’t have trusted them because of course that was a lie as well. Worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. More

Bruce Whitfield was one of the best salesman I’ve dealt with. Was not pushy like most and answered all questions I had accurately. I would have given the experience 5 stars but the finance manager got on my nerves. He was extremely pushy with trying to sale me all the extra pointless crap and would not give it up when told him multiple times I don’t want the xxxx completely pointless coverage. All I wanted to do was sign the xxxx paperwork and then go home with my vehicle. If you want to receive 5 stars the guy needs to learn what the word No means!!!! More
