My husband spoke with Samuel off and on for a few months, as we were thinking about getting something new. He was very patient, and never pushy about getting us in there. Katrina was absolutely wonderful as well! We met with Zane so he could appraise our trade in, and he was very knowledgeable about our trade in vehicle, and we felt he gave us a fair trade in price. Emilio, in finance, was great in getting our financing taken care of. He was very kind and I think the fastest at getting through the process that I've ever seen! Great job! The receptionist is very kind and thoughtful as well! I don't think we met anyone that wasn't kind and helpful. I'm not sure we've ever been treated so well at a dealership.
