My husband spoke with Samuel off and on for a few months, as we were thinking about getting something new. He was very patient, and never pushy about getting us in there. We finally decided it was time, and were greeted by both Samuel and Katrina. Samuel was with another customer and had Katrina take over, but checked in every time he could. They make a great team! Katrina was absolutely wonderful as well! We met with Zane so he could appraise our trade in, and he was very knowledgeable about our trade in vehicle, and we felt he gave us a fair trade in price. Emilio, in finance, was great in getting our financing taken care of. He was very kind and I think the fastest at getting through the process that I've ever seen! Great job! The receptionist is very kind and thoughtful as well! I don't think we met anyone that wasn't kind and helpful. I'm not sure we've ever been treated so well at a dealership. Thank you for helping us make the best informed decision we could about purchasing our new vehicle! Though, with all these fancy accessories, I think I need a degree in Mitsubishi vehicles to learn how they all work. ha Thank you Foundation 45 Mitsubishi, for a great experience! Service was good til I brought it back after 2 weeks for service. Bought a outlander 2023 PHIV. Brought it in because the charger kept shutting off and my AC quit blowing cool air. They plugged it in and service. Bought a outlander 2023 PHIV. Brought it in because the charger kept shutting off and my AC quit blowing cool air. They plugged it in and said nothing was wrong with the charger. Mitsubishi gives you an app that monitors the charger and tells you if its charging. The app kept texting me that it shut off, I would restart it and it would shut off. I showed them the record of it doing this and they insisted then that the app was wrong and it charged. I asked them to explain then why it wasn't charged the next day. Then the service guy said maybe the cord is bad. My question was the why didn't you replace it? Blank stare said he would have my sales person contact me about it still havnt got my new cord. Now the AC, they said a mouse or rat chewed the wire and that wasn't covered by the warranty. I was told due to the corn starch that was contained in the insulation that it was not uncommon. GREAT! Rodents are common in parking garages now J have to worry about a repair bill of over $600 each time it happens. Last Mitsubishi I will ever be buying and I definitely recommend you DO NOT DO BUSINESS with FOUNDATION MITSUBISHI off 45 near richey rd in Houston. More
