Smooth and easy purchase of a new Rav4 Went to the dealership on a Friday night and met Jose. He was very helpful. After we test drove a RAV4, he mentioned another color we might like. So, as someone test drove our potential trade, Jose brought the blue suv inside for us to look at under the lights and out of the cold. Nice touch. I knew the offer for the new RAV4 as well as for our trade were generous, as I’d done quite a bit of research. So the deal was made pretty painlessly. Would recommend Jose to anyone looking for a new vehicle. And the wife loves her new RAV4. More

Overstated features, slow service We found a car we liked online. Eric was great at answering our questions. They didn't budge on price even though our financer provided evidence the We found a car we liked online. Eric was great at answering our questions. They didn't budge on price even though our financer provided evidence they were 10% above market. But we needed a car so we ate the overcharge. When it got down to brass tacks on the car, we we're told that the car has a 100 mile range and charges fully in 3 hours on 280 power. By multiple people. The car has 70 mile range if we are drive very carefully and it takes at least 4 to charge. We arrived at noon, check in hand. After a brief test drive we were ready to sign. Then we waited 3 hours to get the paperwork started and they seemed very confused on how to do out of state sales tax. There was some IT system down but if I'm trying to hand over 5 figures I should not have to wait 3 hours to start and processing shouldn't take an hour. Finally they do follow up. A lot. We get periodic voicemails and email solicitations from them and a couple local dealers now. I do not love unsolicited email and phone calls. More

Excellent service, Kevin did a great job helping us out. "Fort's Toyota" was the first and only dealership we had to go to to find a great deal on are amazing new 4Runner. It is a very nice and relaxed atmosphere, no pressure. I'd actually been going to Forts Toyota for years for there service department. Eric Stahl does an amazing job running the service department. You honestly couldn't find a better guy for the job. He has always taken care of me. So we decided to start are car search there, and that is where it ended. Like I said couldn't have been more of a comfortable experience. No one jumps on you when you first get out and look. They wait patiently, and will actively seeking out what you are looking for or better while still staying in your price range. They can count on us being repeat customers. Oh yeah plus they give a lifetime warranty on 4runners. LIFETIME!!! More
