Couple hours later I chose to make the purchase - though when I drove to Pekin (45 min drive) I really had no intention of buying a vehicle as I had just bought a new RAV4 last Sept but truly wanted a Hybrid as I loved my 2012 Prius and, silly as it may sound, I said I'd never buy a black or white car, but last Sept I did buy white RAV4 and regretted it ever since. Nate made the decision very easy with no hard sell - and the price was much better than the Peoria area Toyota dealer. More

As I almost sta My name is Adam S. Left work from Morton and I walked into Pekins Forts Toyota ready to buy a brand new 2019 Camry xse with red seats. As I almost started to fill out application. Then comes a manager (Ray Stark Jr.) and oh my god, he is very rude, aggressive, racist, prejudice. Everyone there was very nice except Ray the (business Manager) he came shook my hand harder than getting pushed. Then he shook my friends hand so aggressively he literally got up from seat. He asked me how long I’ve been in the country and said if caterpillar sent me from India and I’m just trying to get a new car. My friend and I are 1000% United States citizens and we don’t deserve to be treated and discriminated like that. It was embarrassing I was speechless. No one else should be treated like either no matter what color or race you are. It’s 2019 people this has to stop. I hope I never see him again I feel he’s a threat towards me if I see him. What is going on in this world. Shaking my head with horrible feeling right now. I hope the next person doesn’t get hurt like this. Those are the type of managers these big company’s need to get rid of because my entire family drives Toyota and I never been treated like that at any dealership. Goodbye forts Toyota of Pekin. More
