As I almost sta My name is Adam S. Left work from Morton and I walked into Pekins Forts Toyota ready to buy a brand new 2019 Camry xse with red seats. As I almost started to fill out application. Then comes a manager (Ray Stark Jr.) and oh my god, he is very rude, aggressive, racist, prejudice. Everyone there was very nice except Ray the (business Manager) he came shook my hand harder than getting pushed. Then he shook my friends hand so aggressively he literally got up from seat. He asked me how long I’ve been in the country and said if caterpillar sent me from India and I’m just trying to get a new car. My friend and I are 1000% United States citizens and we don’t deserve to be treated and discriminated like that. It was embarrassing I was speechless. No one else should be treated like either no matter what color or race you are. It’s 2019 people this has to stop. I hope I never see him again I feel he’s a threat towards me if I see him. What is going on in this world. Shaking my head with horrible feeling right now. I hope the next person doesn’t get hurt like this. Those are the type of managers these big company’s need to get rid of because my entire family drives Toyota and I never been treated like that at any dealership. Goodbye forts Toyota of Pekin. More

They also provided some other very generous incentives that are specific to the transaction. Staff and management are personable, efficient, knowledgeable and effective. They offer a punch card for a number of free oil changes that effectively adds one more than other dealers in the area. They also offer a highly discounted national lifetime warranty on most other parts of the car that you should consider. I have a master's in business, taught consumer economics, and couldn't find a better Toyota dealer! More

Roy Humm I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Camry XSE from Fort's and I would say that it was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Roy Hummel and Jim Olt were great to work with on this purchase. They were both friendly and I appreciate that they didn't try to pressure me to buy, like most dealers I have dealt with in the past.
