End of Lease Rich, Jim and everyone at Toyota were extremely helpful when it came to my lease ending. I chose to sign another lease and wanted a specific color. Ri Rich, Jim and everyone at Toyota were extremely helpful when it came to my lease ending. I chose to sign another lease and wanted a specific color. Rich and Jim called other dealerships to initiate a trade so I could get exactly what I wanted. Rich was very helpful explaining details about the car when it came time to trade.
