Showed up on time for my appointment. They looked overbooked. I asked if they had time to perform my maintenance, and they said yes, it would be 45 minutes-1 hour. Yesterday I took ownership of a 2021 Toyota Tacoma. This is my 3rd Tacoma, and each one has been better than the last. Kevin got me thru the paperwork proficiently and professionally. Then Kevin took me to my new vehicle and thoroughly explained all the features paying extra attention to the new ones.
