I purchased a 2020 RAV 4 HYBRID at Green Toyota in Springfield. Wanted to buy from Fort, but very hard to get used anywhere. Green Toyota and Toyota corp. could not or would not address the issues I Springfield. Wanted to buy from Fort, but very hard to get used anywhere. Green Toyota and Toyota corp. could not or would not address the issues I had with software and general maintenance. Love the car and will take it to Fort for all my needs. They solved ALL issues and concerns. GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE. I purchased the car from Green and could not get them to even return a call about warranty and service needs. FORT addressed everything after one call and one service visit. They drove my wife and I to lunch and picked us up after. So impressed I sent over pizza from across RT29 after leaving. More
