I had a tremendous experience with Fort’s Toyota of Pekin. I have bought plenty of cars over time, and have had some very negative experiences recently in my local community. Very disappointing. I reached out to a friend who helped me decide what vehicle was best for me. I decided to look for a certain vehicle on-line. In finding the make & model in particular, I contacted many different dealerships. Dustin, at Fort’s Toyota, replied promptly. Politely. He communicated clearly. Listened to my expectations, said where they stand. I did not feel the swindling…like someone else is around the corner…he just talked with me about what we were working out. I had family in the area. They took it for a test drive & went through the vehicle via FaceTime with my friend helping. Dustin took the call as well walking through the vehicle as my friend directed questions. He works in the car industry & was also impressed at the helpful & attentiveness. It was a very smooth experience. I feel I was treated with respect & fairly. Not something I’ve been walking away from other dealerships feeling…even just the ones I was checking out on line. I don’t anticipate needing another vehicle any time soon, but when I do, I will check out their inventory first. Being treated well goes a long way. I thank Dustin & the team at Fort’s Toyota for a great buying experience. More

We took our car in and the check engine light was still on after the appointment. We scheduled another appointment, after being ignored by the manager, and the check engine light is still on after that sec on after the appointment.
