Kevin was a great salesman. He answered all our questions timely and made sure we were comfortable with everything before finalizing our purchase. Same with Ray in finance. My new hybrid Rav4 is higher tech than I expected and all the features did not readily work with my new Samsung Galaxy smart phone. (Apparently Toyota's features sync better with I-Phones.)
