Scott, in the Sales Department, was fabulous. We spoke on the phone multiple times before I came in to the dealership. He always had the car I needed to test drive ready and waiting for me. He stayed in contact with me while I was waiting for the car I wanted to be delivered to the dealership. The sales and financing process was clear and easy. Ray, in the Finance Department, was wonderful with the financing process and paperwork, as well as the warranty and Simonizing. More

I was in on Friday the 9th of Feb. for a service that only required a tire rotation Every winter I have to add to my tires because the pressure drops to 23 psi I normally readjust, b for a service that only required a tire rotation Every winter I have to add to my tires because the pressure drops to 23 psi I normally readjust, but since I was going there that they would. No one asked me why the psi was now 41-43 psi.. and I “assumed” they would ask or adjust. My receipt says they adjusted….. they did not… I am not complaining , just disappointed they did not do as the receipt reads or come and ask me… other than that I always get good service at fort More

Excellent service. The only complaint would be the temperature in the waiting area. The last several times the waiting area is chilly. The only complaint would be the temperature in the waiting area. The last several times the waiting area is chilly. More
Let's be honest, car repairs usually rank somewhere between root canal surgery and interpretive dance in terms of excitement. But this trip to Forts Toyota was like a clown car full of happy surprises! between root canal surgery and interpretive dance in terms of excitement. But this trip to Forts Toyota was like a clown car full of happy surprises! First off, the service advisor, Eric Stahl, had the charisma of a game show host and the knowledge of a car whisperer. I'm pretty sure he gets all his whispering from Kenny in the back. They explained everything in terms even my dog could understand (although, to be fair, my dog is pretty darn smart). Bonus points for the juggling act with loaner car keys while quoting Monty Python. Who says car repairs can't be cultured? The waiting area was like a fever dream of complimentary snacks. I'm pretty sure I saw a unicorn drinking on a gourmet coffee next to the free massage chair. I may have blacked out from sugar overload after the third donut, but hey, a happy tummy makes a happy customer. Did they discover a time machine in the back? Did they negotiate with the gremlins living in HVAC fan? Whatever their secret sauce, it worked like a charm. More
