Was quoted a price for wheels that the dealership determined to be the wrong price only after the vehicle was sold, even though I asked them to verify price via email prior to purchase. Their remedy determined to be the wrong price only after the vehicle was sold, even though I asked them to verify price via email prior to purchase. Their remedy was to not honor the price and back out of a written contract. Was told a refund check would be sent on 8/29 but it wasn’t actually sent until 9/10 after I made numerous calls and involved the lender. Be very cautious when considering Fort’s. More

I have been a Fort's Toyota customer for 15 years and service has always been more of a small family get-together versus a large dealership where you get lost in the shuffle.
