My wife and I have recently purchased a 2010 Avalon which is after purchasing eleven Camrys within the past ten years. This marks our twelvth new car purchase from the Ft Wayne Toyota dealership duri which is after purchasing eleven Camrys within the past ten years. This marks our twelvth new car purchase from the Ft Wayne Toyota dealership during the past eleven years. Throughout the entire eleven years the only Maintenance required was oil changes and once to replace an overhead dome light. What else can one say about vehicle reliability......... entirely outstanding!!!!! The management, sales personnel, service personnel and financial personnel always have been currently are and in the future remain truly professionally respondent to a customer needs. My wife and I feel that during every visit to the dealership we were treated like "ROYALTY " ; however, observing and talking to other potential new car buyers........they also received the same treatment. All Ft Wayne Toyota made you feel like you were "FAMILY". We have certainly shared the dealership's accolades with relatives,friends, and neighbors. The onsite properties are immaculate and every individual has an outstanding knowledge of the Auto Industry. Our next future goal is to purchase # 13 (always our lucky number......not too shabby for a 75 year old). Our SPECIAL THANK YOU to Larry and Luke; without their combined assistance none of the 12 purchases could have happened (our secret Godfathers ). To one reading this review I personally challange and encourage you to match or beat our record of Toyota new car purchases at Ft Wayne Toyota!!!!! You'll have many years of happy worryfree driving! Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. Mr. Larry Francis was a great salesman. We felt like he wanted us to find the car that was perfect for us, and he was very helpful, and professional. After we made our selection, the time to complete the paperwork was minimal. We got a couple of follow-up calls from the dealership checking on our satisfaction. We also get notices about our routine maintenance. Overall, a very positive experience. We love the car!! More
