Took car for transmission service and fluid leak. Transmission service performed. Took back for fluid leak and told it was transmission. The service was fast. No complaints there. However, when I purchased my car it came with free lifetime oil changes. I've never had an issue with this until the last service visit. For some reason the when I purchased my car it came with free lifetime oil changes. I've never had an issue with this until the last service visit. Fortunately the service person still honored the free oil change, but I'm wondering why it's no longer noted in your system. More
