Terrible service. I scheduled a 9 am appointment on a Wednesday. I dropped my car off the night before my scheduled appointment- they didn’t see my keys so they thought I no showed. By the end of the nex Wednesday. I dropped my car off the night before my scheduled appointment- they didn’t see my keys so they thought I no showed. By the end of the next business day (Thursday) my car was just on the diagnostic tool. Because it was so late they ordered parts on Friday - my vehicle wasn’t completed until the following Tuesday. At no point did my service provider call me to update - I had to call and check on things each time. When we called the service dept we would be on hold for more than 10 mins and eventually would get an operator who would “pass along” my messages. Very disappointed in their lack of timeliness, communication and the perception that they had no urgency to fix my vehicle. I’m a working mom of 3 - very hard to arrange alternate transportation when they keep telling you “one more day”. We will never bring our vehicle back to their service dept. More

Dealer was very friendly and helpful, only reason I did not give it a five star was because they were supposed to follow up and get me a second key for the vehicle and did not. After picking up my car on 7/9/21 I had to immediately return it due to to shaking and computer failure. The car died when the service associate went to test drive it. I had already paid $450 dollars to r return it due to to shaking and computer failure. The car died when the service associate went to test drive it. I had already paid $450 dollars to repair a solenoid and $300 was in service charges to end up with more issues than I started with. Along with that I was called to see how I was doing because they didn't even know the car had been returned. I was told I would be updated on Saturday, however, when I called I was told the service department was closed and they did not know the status of my vehicle. I have had to missed many days of work because of this, have been without a car for a week I am out hundreds of dollars, and could have been seriously injured when the supposedly fixed car misfired in the intersection when I was bringing it back. This is by far the worst service I have ever received and will be reporting this issue to the corporate office. More
This dealership is AMAZING! They got me into a car I love when I never thought it would have been possible. They were super professional, nice, and knowledgeable. The whole experience was phenomenal. Super friendly, really sweet, and worked so hard to find just the right car for my family. He was beyond dedicated and is obviously very passionate at what he does. Tim and Kevin did so much for us as far as financing and finalizing the sale. The service department did a great job detailing the vehicle before we drove it off the lot. 10/10 recommend Fort Wayne Nissan! More
