Was extremely pleased with my service advisor Conrad Braun. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire repair from start to finish, and was a pleasure to have assisting me through a warranty replace Braun. However, upon arrival I knew I was in good hands, as Conrad made everything extremely simple on my end, kept an open line of communication and was always prompt on responding to any questions I had, and the service was completed in a timely manner. Overall amazing experience and will definitely be returning to Conrad for any future service on my Nissan! More

Please avoid. My daughter traded in a toyota for a Terrain. Took another month to send to correct place at which time it is now deliquent and toyota is sending letters asking for payment. Kicker, I am a cosigner on the trade. Now, we both have deliquent marks on credit. Called John, sales manager who claims " gee I don't know anything about it, let me transfer you" Finance; gee I don't know anything about it, let me ask salesman. Who of course........you guessed it. Avoid, avoid, avoid. All we get is "we'll call you back" unfounded and should be illegal. Do they not have an inventory clerk? Responsible manager? Someone to take responsibility? More

I bought my 2014 Juke NEW from this dealership, and have always returned for oil changes. I left mad and disappointed Monday after an oil change. Wasn’t mad that it took 2 hours, I became upset when checkin always returned for oil changes. I left mad and disappointed Monday after an oil change. Wasn’t mad that it took 2 hours, I became upset when checking out to find out the cost was $60.26 and that was using a $20 off coupon. Did not receive a paper showing the multi-point inspection and wondering if one was even done? Also a paper carpet protector was not used. I have noticed this business going downhill, and think they have hit bottom. The only good thing about the place is the receptionist! More
