Horrible experience. Unfortunately, during this service experience, he was limited in his job capacity. Thus, I had a horrid experience! Diagnosis was wrong from start to finish. Had to return the next morning for another 1.5 hours of wait time, after they had my vehicle for over 48 hours. Needlesstosay, i am very disappointed in the customer service, the expertise in service mechanic(s) diagnosis, the inconsistencies with quote pricing versus actual charges. Furthermore, the lenghty wait times with the parts department reps, just to correct their mistake!! Lastly, the rudeness of the cashier. The audacity to tell me that she did not have time to wait to take payment via telephone because it would tie her lines up. (Keep in mind, no one was in line behind me and no lines were ringing at that time... Total lack of compassion. I took a couple of days after picking my vehicle up before letting my feelings be heard, just so that I would not be so upset with this occurrence. Hopefully, it was the last of this nature because I do plan to visit other area Nissan dealers that care about ALL of their customers and not just "some." Vehicle is still experiencing the same issues as it was when I orginially dropped it off. $1800 later... Just doesnt feel fair but now I know not to recommend this location in the future. More

Sketchy at best. Dealer himself was nice. Manager was an arrogant you know what. Whatever price you see is increased by $2550 when you look at the paperwork. They’ll Dealer himself was nice. They’ll try to charge you $2000 for a spray that they spray on all their vehicles and also charge you $550 for LoJack that they install on all their vehicles. I was able to get the $2000 for the spray removed but the LoJack not removed. Then once in the room to sign papers, I told them I don’t want their added warranty coverage he said I have to and they’ll give me a better interest rate and add an extra year of coverage. All in all I feel they’re out to scam you. No way would I recommend this dealership nor will I ever walk in there again. Do yourself a favor and find an honest dealership that’s not out to get extra money from you. More
