During my visit at the dealership Peyton Housholder provided awesome customer service! He thoroughly explained the Nissan Altima I was interested in purchasing and and all my questions. I’m not sure why he felt he could speak to me the way he did but it was unnecessary! Afterwards I requested my keys and as I was leaving he continued to talk and be disrespectful. This is not the way to treat customers especially after Peyton provided great customer service and was on the verge of closing a deal! More
