We were "car" hunting - we went to a few different dealers because we were downsizing and had not really decided what we wanted. We were impressed from the get-go with John and Peyton. Was able to get an appointment in a relatively timely fashion to do repairs for recalled parts on my vehicle. Service was quick to get work completed, however, one of the repairs was not completed due to fashion to do repairs for recalled parts on my vehicle. Service was quick to get work completed, however, one of the repairs was not completed due to not having the correct parts and was advised they would order the part and call to schedule once the parts had arrived. Was told the parts would arrive within a week. It has been nearly 3 weeks and I have not yet received a call regarding the parts. I understand the holidays probably slowed it down, and that is fine. I'll wait a bit longer before calling to find out when the parts will arrive. More
