Quick and easy I was scheduled for service at a time of my convenience. I was met at the drop off station by a lot of smiles and 'How can we help you'. Rick took c I was scheduled for service at a time of my convenience. I was met at the drop off station by a lot of smiles and 'How can we help you'. Rick took care of the paperwork with ease and set me up with a loaner vehicle. The young man who took that information (Sorry, I don't recall his name) was very warm and friendly and got me on my way very quickly. The loaner vehicle was very clean and well maintained. I was kept informed, via phone calls, text messages, and email, of the additional service my car needed, IE wiper blades and an alignment adjustment. I was contacted when the job was done but not rushed to return as I was in the middle of an engagement. When I came to pick up my car, I was again greeted with friendly enthusiasm even though it was the end of the day on a Friday. When the paperwork and payment was complete, my car was waiting for me all washed and and ready to go. Everyone in the service department was attentive and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant experience. More
