Initially, they were unable to identify any issues so they requested to keep my Q for a couple of additional days just to make sure. In the end the system checked out fine. I really appreciated the fact that they did not just say it fine but took the time to check the system out. After all it is Infiniti’s flagship and they took pride in it and it shows.
