I feel compelled to update my review because Kevin Higgins has been diligent in making sure we were happy with our purchase. I had some issues in the begining and Kevin never gave up and has responded to every question I have texted him, including getting my windows tinted and a trailer hitch purchase. Today I had a nail in my tire and I called and when I arrived at 5:30pm they had a car ready for me and Kevin was there to make sure we were taken care of. This dealership is lucky to have him. More

Terrible salesman Went there in July 4 and found a car I wanted but the banks were closed and it was late they got me approved with $$$ down so we made arrangements to Went there in July 4 and found a car I wanted but the banks were closed and it was late they got me approved with $$$ down so we made arrangements to go there Tuesday the 8 I spoke with him several times the day before asking him should I put $$$ down to hold the car he assured me the car is yours so Tuesday comes along he calls me to make sure I am still coming in and I said yes I have the down payment make sure you mark it sold he said again it's your car don't worry,wrlll guess what about 30 mins later as I'm on my way there to pick up the car he says sorry we sold the car,I told him how upset I wasn't and his reply yes I know how you feel,as if he has don't tjis before to customers ,so he says come down we Jane another car same price you will like so as I get there asking to see this other car another salesman says too late that car is gone ,yes he didn't know what he was talking about either so I asked Jake the snake where this car is so he brought it out and I noticed scratches all over the hood and then he says oh yeah don't worry about the a/c we will fix that,so he wanted to sell me a car with a broken a/c even after he dropped the ball big time with the first car I said your kidding right and I started to walk away and his reply was silence ,I don't blame him wht could you say to a customer at that point,sorry we didn't get to screw you over twice in like an hour!!! So my suggestion is stay away and if you do go there stay clear from Jake the 🐍!!(yes that is a snake ) More
