A great car buying experience I bought the car I wanted in 2h45minutes - from test drive through car orientation - WOW! TJ and I spoke over the phone and he had the "suggested" ca I bought the car I wanted in 2h45minutes - from test drive through car orientation - WOW! TJ and I spoke over the phone and he had the "suggested" car ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. William and I took the car for a test drive and he introduced the car features to me (warning - there is a Quiz at the end!!). After some quick negotiations, Greg finalized the financial paperwork and the car was mine. William finalized the car education before I headed out on the road. William also efficiently followed up on a few items we had discussed. It was a pleasant experience! More

No pressure on purchasing, talked about car, amongst other things, and was able to secure a very reasonable price on our dream vehicle. I would highly recommend William Dailey to anybody for a most impressive experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Treats you like a real person. Financing was a breeze as well and quick. Was not at all an all day situation. TJ was good with follow up and let us know what was available and when and not for his call days prior, we would have ever got our dream vehicle. More
