What I liked was that he (or any of the other employees we came across) did not have the typical "car salesman" personality. We decided to purchase about two weeks after our initial visit. I told Armin exactly what I was looking for and although they did not have it on their lot, he found it at an INFINITI dealer in Tallahassee. :-) I'd recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car, simply based on the professionalism and the level of care they give to all customers (buyers or those just 'browsing'). Long Distance Customer Care After weeks of scouring the internet, I finally found a car that I really loved with unbelievably low mileage on a local dealership's website here in After weeks of scouring the internet, I finally found a car that I really loved with unbelievably low mileage on a local dealership's website here in Metro Atlanta. The dealership told us that the car was not on site but actually at Fort Myers Infinity - one of the dealerships in their Automotive Group. They proceeded to schedule an appointment with us to discuss that particular vehicle. When we arrived, the customer service was horrible and the staff (when we finally got someone to help us) was only interested in trying to sell us something on their lot. After looking around, we didn't see anything comparable to the car in Florida. The salesman told us that he'd try to call Fort Myers Infinity the next day to see about the vehicle that we wanted but that they'd be "really busy" so he might not get to it for a couple of days. Of course, we never heard from them again. Luckily, we didn't want to lose out on this car, so we called Fort Myers Infinity directly. My husband spoke to TJ for all of 20 minutes and made the deal to purchase the car. Since we are in Atlanta, we were concerned about how to get it here, but TJ said they'd ship it to us. He took care of everything! The whole process took only a few days and the car was in my driveway within a week. It was definitely the best customer service experience that we've had in a very long time. The car is beautiful and we are extremely happy with our purchase. Thanks TJ!! More
