Our experience with this dealership ended very poorly. The day after we completed the transaction, we noticed some hail damage on the top of the truck's cab. My call to the dealer barely registered, and it certainly was not met with any sort of apology or sympathy. We understand "buyer beware" and we are certainly willing to accept some fault for not having inspected the vehicle more completely before buying...HOWEVER, we also understand integrity. The damage was never disclosed (not by CARFAX, verbally, or otherwise). The experience casts an "old school" light on this dealership, as they must believe that they are still in the comodity business, as opposed to the service business. Several insuanrce agents have informed us that other parts of the vehicle absolutely wouldn've sustained hail damage too, and that the dealer had to have been aware of the damage, and likely repaired some of it (the hood, for example)...plus, seems reasonable that most, if not all dealers, would have some sort of foraml inspection process at the time they accept a trade-in which would include a complete exterior inspection. Very disappointed and this dealership has managed to live up to the reputation that many attempted to explain to us prior to going there. More
The salesman Justin was downright rude. We were vehicle shopping and wanted to look at the Rogue. Since we weren't ready to buy just yet, he said, "Saturday is my money day and I have to attend to paying shopping and wanted to look at the Rogue. I would've understood if there was a line of people waiting to speak with a salesman, but there wasn't. In fact there were 2-3 salesmen just standing around. We politely exited and went to the next town and bought a Rogue. Thanks Justin for helping us choose a friendly salesperson NOT at Tynans. More

After my last experience at Mc Donald's in Littleton, I was extremely apprehensive when I realized I needed to purchase a vehicle. You and your team (Nate Kimbrel and James Johnson, the finance manager) made this the best car buying experience. I am 27 years old and have been serving on Active of the Armed Forces for eight years now and recently (May)had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle from Tynan's Nissan in Fort Collins. I would like to let Armed Forces for eight years now and recently (May)had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle from Tynan's Nissan in Fort Collins. I would like to let you know about the superb experience I had buying my vehicle. We were warmly greeted and I originally spoke with Angel and let her know what I was looking for and the very short timeline I had. She quickly produced a Nissan Altima and let me take it for a test drive. I decided I would like to purchase this vehicle and had only an hour to do so in order to make it to a prior engagement I had. Angel, Jeff E. and the finance department quickly set up the deal and gave us more for our trade in than we were looking for and gave us a great deal on the car. The whole staff was extremely receptive and helpful. We left that evening within my short timeline extremely satisfied but that is not where it ends. My bank had changed the term on the loan without letting anyone know, Jeff E. took it upon himself to restructure the deal and make it work for us in a better way that we were extremely satisfied with and promptly contacted me and got the ok and we re-signed the deal with absolute no hassle whatsoever. I made a trip to Texas two days after purchasing the vehicle and had a few mechanical problems with the car. I called Jeff E. immediately and he was extremely helpful, receptive and understanding of the situation. I was able to replace one part on my own while in Texas and Jeff asked me to bring the car to him upon my return and he would "make it right." He absolutely followed through with his promise and your helpful and very competent service department took care of everything I had a concern with on the vehicle promptly and expertly with Jeff's oversight and he and Angel kept me informed throughout the whole process. Recently I went to register the vehicle and due to lack of foresight on my part, I needed the registration from the vehicle I traded in or I would be charged an additional $600 and I had left it in my trade in. I contacted Jeff and asked if Tynan's would possibly have a copy of it. Jeff, the receptionist and the title clerk went above and beyond and out of their way to ensure I received a copy of it within five minutes. I have been all over this country and have purchased numerous vehicles for myself and for my father's business fleet and have never had a better buying or customer service experience, nor I have I ever been treated better or more fairly than I have had with the Fort Collin's store. I will be a buyer from Tynan's even if I have to fly cross country to do so in the future as long as I can deal with the caliber of individuals I had the pleasure of buying from this time. I would recommend Tynan's to everyone who is looking for a great deal, great support and great follow through. More
